That owner-operated model is not a marketing line; it is how the business works. The person who hears what you need is the same person preparing the surface, completing the repair or finish, cleaning the work area, and reviewing the result.
Juan’s experience spans house painting, interior and exterior painting, commercial painting, drywall repair and installation, drywall finishing, stucco repair and installation, texture matching, and ceiling and wall repair. That range is especially useful when one project needs both the surface repaired and the finish restored.

Su Casa does not advertise a blanket warranty on this site. If workmanship coverage is offered for a project, the written proposal should identify the duration, covered conditions, exclusions, and how to raise a concern. Ask Juan to review those terms before work begins.
