Direct responsibility
Juan is the point of contact and the person performing the work.
Juan Mendoza founded Su Casa around a simple commitment: personally handle every project and give each home the attention and quality it deserves.

Rooted in service to the Española community and now working from Los Alamos across northern New Mexico.
For 25 years, Su Casa Drywall and Paint has provided reliable drywall and painting services with Juan doing the work himself.
That owner-operated model is not a marketing line; it is how the business works. The person who hears what you need is the same person preparing the surface, completing the repair or finish, cleaning the work area, and reviewing the result.
Juan’s experience spans house painting, interior and exterior painting, commercial painting, drywall repair and installation, drywall finishing, stucco repair and installation, texture matching, and ceiling and wall repair. That range is especially useful when one project needs both the surface repaired and the finish restored.

Owner & Craftsman
“My goal is simple: deliver quality workmanship that stands the test of time while treating your home with the respect it deserves.”
Every surface is different, but the principles stay consistent from the first conversation through the final cleanup.
Juan is the point of contact and the person performing the work.
The repair, protection, and surface condition are considered before the visible finish.
Access, belongings, adjacent finishes, work hours, and cleanup are part of the project plan.
Project scope and any written workmanship coverage are discussed for the specific job rather than promised broadly online.
Call or submit the website form with the project address, the service you need, the surfaces involved, and the visible condition. Juan follows up and schedules an on-site review when needed before confirming the work.
Su Casa does not advertise a blanket warranty on this site. If workmanship coverage is offered for a project, the written proposal should identify the duration, covered conditions, exclusions, and how to raise a concern. Ask Juan to review those terms before work begins.
